Standard Contract

A Pay as you go standard contract. This is widely used by most customers as all you would pay for is the specific maintenance visits(s) per annum - for which all labour is included with parts and materials charged extra.

All breakdown call outs are an extra cost at an agreed schedule of rates for each client. If any breakdown requires major works, this would be undertaken only after a written quotation has been supplied for customer approval.

Comprehensive Contract

This type of contract is an all-inclusive contract i.e. parts and labour (during normal working hours) included within the annual maintenance Contract cost.
